Denise Vetter, OTR/L, CHT, OT Director
Denise received her Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from
San Jose State University in 1984. She obtained her CHT status
demonstrating advanced knowledge of Hand Therapy in 1992. She
has approximately twenty years experience treating upper extremity
injuries. Denise currently holds advanced practice certificates
in both hand therapy and physical agent modalities. She has lectured
to professional orginizations on Work Station Ergonomics, Repetitive
Strain Injuries, and Therapeutic modalities. She is a past board
member for both the Northern California Hand Therapy Special Interest
Group and the California Chapter of the American Hand Therapy
Association. Denise's professional interests include: fracures,
tendon repairs and overuse injuries.
When not working, Denise enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and
spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Wendy Levine, OTR/L, CHT
Wendy and her husband Carl, relocated to the Bay Area in May 2008, from Connecticut. A life-long resident of the east coast, Wendy graduated from Boston University, Sargent College with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
She and her husband served in the Peace Corps in Brazil, where she worked in Occupational therapy, taught and helped develop splinting in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991 and worked in a private practice in New York City for 12 years and then in a hand surgeon’s office for the 10 years before moving to California.>
Wendy and her husband moved to California to be with their 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys biking and hiking in sunny California. |
Cindy Rivero, OTR/L, CHT
Cindy is has been specializing in hand therapy for 10 years and received her Bachelors dregree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 1999. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2005. She currently holds advanced in both hand therapy and physical agent modalities for the Occupational Therapy Association of California. Cindy’s professional interests include developing a diverse approach to patient care by using her expertise to individualize each patient’s treatment plan for various types of injuries including: post-surgical care, acute hand trauma, wound care, nerve/tendon injuries, fractures and custom splinting.
Cindy’s time away from work is spent with her family. She has two active children that keep her busy. She enjoys running, biking, dancing, and playing volleyball. |
